Move Advisory works together with Move Online. A chartered accountant and a tax lawyer sit in the same team, so structure, tax and the accounting that follows are decided together. Our technical lead is Wanderson Pires Almeida, accountant (CRC SP 280216/O-0), and our legal lead is Dra. Ana Miliane Gomes, tax attorney (OAB/SP 357.777).
Three phases
A report with the structure, the tax regime, the sector rules, the flow of money and the costs. If you continue with the incorporation, the diagnosis is credited.
Registration of the foreign partner, Commercial Registry, city registration, Central Bank registration and follow-up of any sector registration.
Accounting, local representation and a registered address in São Paulo, on a fixed monthly calendar, with reports to the parent.
Third-party costs, such as registry fees, apostilles, sworn translations and notary fees, are passed through at cost. Final fees are confirmed after the diagnosis.
What is included
The legal vehicle, presumed profit against actual profit, and how the parent will be paid: dividend, licence or capital return.
Tax number of the foreign partner, articles of association, Commercial Registry, taxpayer number and local registrations.
Registration of the foreign investment in the Central Bank system by the Brazilian company, and the updates for each new contribution or capital return.
A representative in Brazil to act for the foreign partner before the tax authority and the Central Bank, within the powers you grant.
A registered address in São Paulo, the basis of the municipal registration.
Monthly books, invoices, tax filings and payments under Brazilian rules, from the first month.
Hiring under the labor code, payroll processing and the related filings.
A monthly or quarterly package prepared from the Brazilian books for your group's consolidation.
What you receive each month
Your parent company gets a dashboard on a private link, protected by a password, in English and in euros or dollars, next to the figures in reais. The same data can be downloaded as a report.

Free tools while you decide. Estimate the tax on sending money to your parent company with the remittance calculator. The result is free to see.
What stays with others
The foreign exchange operation is carried out by your bank. Legal advice on your home-country law, the documents that are signed and notarized abroad, immigration for foreign staff and licences in regulated sectors involve your own lawyers and the authorities. We coordinate with them and keep the accounting consistent with what they do.
How long it takes
For a simple structure, 45 to 90 days is a common planning range from the start of the work until the company operates. What weighs most is the foreign partner's documents (apostille and sworn translation) and, in healthcare, the professional council. We explain the steps in the step-by-step guide.
Who it is for
- Foreign companies opening a subsidiary to sell services in Brazil, including digital platforms.
- Healthcare and health technology companies, and investors buying or opening a health business. See the guide to health platforms.
- Groups that need a local team that reports in a format their head office understands.
- Companies already operating in Brazil that want a new accounting partner.
