What we collect
- Contact form: name, work e-mail, company, country, what you plan to do, sector, timeline and the message you write.
- Pocket guide download: name, work e-mail, company, country, what you plan to do, and whether you authorised us to send you e-mails.
- Measurement data: information about how the pages are used, collected with Google Analytics, which uses cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to your request and to talk to you about your plan for Brazil.
- To provide the material you asked for.
- To send you e-mails with guidance about operating in Brazil, only if you tick the box that authorises it.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve them.
E-mails
We send guidance e-mails only to people who authorised it in the form. Every e-mail will have a link to unsubscribe, and you can also withdraw your authorisation at any time by writing to us. Downloading the pocket guide does not depend on authorising e-mails.
Who receives the data
We do not sell personal data. The data may be processed by service providers that host the site, deliver e-mail and provide analytics, who act on our instructions. Some of them may be located outside Brazil.
How long we keep it
We keep the data for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) and, where it applies to you, the European regulation (GDPR), you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, to give you access to it, to correct it, to delete it, to move it to another provider, and to stop using it.
